Shipping

Our warehouse is located in Bucharest, Romania, allowing us to offer very low shipping rates to our customers. We ship small orders from the EU (one or two boxes) via international Economy. For larger orders of three or more boxes, including shipments to the USA and the rest of the world, we use international tracked Priority. We use Hermes delivery for Germany and Mondial Relay for France.

Refund Policy

We are confident in the quality of our incense and offer a no-questions-asked refund if you’re not satisfied with your purchase. Customers are responsible for return shipping, and items must be returned within 14 days, unopened and undamaged, for a refund or exchange. Please note that any parcels/orders delivered by us but not collected from your local post office, postal operator collection point, or locker will be treated as customer returns, and the return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Delivery speed

Orders are usually dispatched within 2-3 working days, depending on volume. Delivery might take longer during holidays and festive seasons.
