Order Processing & Handling Time

Order Cut-off Time: 1:00 PM (CET – Central European Time)

All orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days following payment confirmation, Monday through Friday.

Orders ship from our warehouse in Bucharest, Romania (EU).

Shipping Rates & Estimated Transit Times

Flat-rate shipping applies per order, with transit time beginning after warehouse dispatch:

• Europe: from €5.95 | 3–7 business days | Hermes, Mondial Relay, bpost, PostNord
• USA: €10 | 10–14 business days | PostNL DDP (all taxes/tariffs included, NO Sales Tax added)
• UK, Canada & Australia: €6.95 | 7–14 business days | International Post
• Rest of World: €6.95–€9.95 | 10–21 business days | International Post

• Europe & Worldwide: FREE shipping on all orders over €50
• USA: FREE shipping on all orders over $69

Order Tracking

Customers receive automated emails with tracking numbers upon shipment, enabling direct carrier tracking.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer, except for orders shipped to the USA, which use DDP service with all costs prepaid.

Damages & Lost Packages

Damaged items require documentation and photos sent to welcome@monsoon-incense.com.

We are not responsible for carrier delays or customs issues. Refunds cannot cover delayed transit items. Incorrect addresses forfeit original shipping costs, with return shipping and duties deducted from refunds. Uncollected parcels returned to sender result in lost shipping fees minus any carrier return charges.
