Refund and Returns Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days from the date of purchase. If 14 days have passed, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your incense must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging. Please note that opened or partially used incense products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund, please first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times may vary. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at welcome@monsoon-incense.com.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange, please contact us at welcome@monsoon-incense.com.

Shipping Returns

You are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for higher value returns
